  • Handling fee refers to the loan set up fee. The Loan Set Up Fee is 2% of the loan amount. The Loan Set Up Fee shall be calculated by reference to the principal amount of the loan at the rate specified by the Bank from time to time and shall be deducted from the loan principal amount upon draw down of the loan and is non-refundable.

  Minimum salary requirement: fixed annual income of HK$80,000 or above

  The Reward will be awarded to the eligible customers via the red “InstaRedeem” button of DBS Card+ upon eligible customers’ spending with the Applicable Credit Card issued by the Bank during 1 February 2023 to 31 July 2023 (“Reward Period”) and when the spending is displayed on Timeline of DBS Card+.

  To receive the Reward, customers must:

  • hold a valid principal credit card issued by the Bank (including Co-branded Cards, except Private Label Cards and Business Cards) ("Applicable Credit Card"), choose the DBS$ Redemption Scheme under the DBS$ Reward Scheme for that Applicable Credit Card, download DBS Card+, register and activate DBS Card+ account successfully, enable the “InstaRedeem” push notification of DBS Card+ on 31 December 2022.
    
  • conduct retail spending of amount in excess of the Reward amount to be pushed with that Applicable Credit Card during the Reward Period.

  The Reward is only applicable to eligible customer whose loan account is in good standing and not in default (as determined by DBS at its sole discretion)

  Existing customer refer to the customer who has any principal credit cards (including co-branded cards) and/or personal loan products with DBS Bank on the date of application

  APR as low as 1.8%: The APR of 1.8% is calculated based on the loan amount of HK$1,500,000, a monthly flat rate of 0.02%, and instalment period of 36 months, including a Loan Set Up Fee of 2%.

  The Annualized Percentage Rate (“APR”) is calculated in accordance with the guideline issued in respect of the Code of Banking Practice and is rounded to the nearest two decimal places.
