  The annualised percentage rate (“APR”) ranges from 2.01% to 48%, with repayment period of 6 to 72 months. The loan application is subject to Hang Seng’s approval. For a loan amount of HK$200,000 with 60 months repayment period, the monthly flat rate is 0.20%( (APR 6.77%), and the total loan repayment amount is HK$235,200 (the handling fee by way of a further loan equal to 1% per annum of the loan amount). The cash rebate amount is calculated based on the loan amount used for settlement of credit card and/or personal instalment loan outstanding amount owed to the third party(ies) (“Outstanding Amount Owed to the Third Party(ies)”) and/or extra cash out amount (collectively referred to as “Total Eligible Loan Amount”). Cash rebate offer is not applicable to the loan amount used for settlement of Hang Seng credit card and/or personal instalment loan outstanding amount (“Outstanding Amount Owed to Hang Seng”). Customers can enjoy a HK$100 cash rebate for each HK$20,000 of Total Eligible Loan Amount, and so on, with a total cash rebate up to HK$12,500 (cash rebate will be rounded down to the nearest hundred dollars).

  During the Promotion Period, selected customers (not applicable to the customer of Hang Seng Debt Consolidation Instalment Loan account at the time of application) who have successfully applied for the Loan via Hang Seng Bank Website, Hang Seng Personal e-Banking, or Hang Seng Mobile Application and drawn down the Loan with a designated drawdown amount and a minimum repayment period of 12 months will be entitled to up to HK$500 cash rebate. The applicable cash rebate for the corresponding loan drawdown amount is shown as below:

  The cash rebate of the clauses above will be credited to the eligible customer’s repayment account by 30 September 2022 without prior notice. To be eligible for the relevant cash rebate, customers must have no record of default and early settlement or cancellation of the Loan before the cash rebate is credited. If customers settle or cancel the Loan ahead of schedule where the cash rebate has been credited, he/she shall return the cash rebate in full to Hang Seng Bank Limited upon settlement or cancellation of the Loan. Each eligible customer could enjoy the offer in clauses once only in the Promotion Period.
