- Welcome Reward Eligibility: Cardholders must accumulate HK$5,000 in eligible spending and link the card to the yuu Rewards Program within a specified period after card issuance.
- “New Credit Card Customers” refer to applicants who are not currently holding and have never held the Principal Card of any Hang Seng Credit Card/Affinity Card during the 12 months immediately preceding the date of application.
- Account Cancellation Restriction: If the account is cancelled within 13 months of opening, a handling fee equivalent to the value of the welcome reward will be charged.
- Point Crediting: yuu points will be credited within 3 months of meeting requirements. The account must be valid and linked to the yuu program at that time.
