You have to beware of the submission deadline to ensure the claim could be effectively handled by the insurance companies. Below lists the claim submission timeline for each company:

If your personal property such as laptop or mobile phone are loss or damaged during the trip, you should provide below supporting documents when you submit your claim:

  • Colour Photo showing the lost / damaged item;
  • Original receipts, including date of purchase, price, model and type of items lost or damaged;
  • Repair / Replacement Quotation and Receipt;
  • Police Report and Statement from Local Police for Lost Item;
  • Boarding pass, travel tickets and itinerary

Generally, you could only claim for delay under insurance companies' pre-defined situations such as fulfilling the minimum number of hours delayed. Besides, you should provide below supporting documents when you submit your claim:

  • Boarding pass, travel tickets and itinerary
  • Official documentation from the airline/public conveyance including victim’s name, date, time, duration and reason of delay
  • Original bill/ receipt issued by hotel/airline/public conveyance

If you accidentally get injured during the trip, you could claim for the medical expenses. Below are the supporting documents you need to submit:

  • Boarding pass, travel tickets and itinerary;
  • Original Hospital bill/receipt with itemized list issued by a Hospital;
  • Diagnosis and treatment, including patient name and date of diagnosis, certified by a Physician
