Requirements

  • From 01 December 2025 6 pm till 31 December 2025 12 pm: Successfully apply for the designated Citibank Credit Card(s) by new Citibank Customers (customers who did not hold any Citi Credit Card within the past 12 months) and submitted redemption form via MoneyHero
  • On or before 31 January 2026: The card must be approved by Citibank
  • Within first 30 days after card approval: Have accumulated eligible transactions of HK$4,000
  • Designated Cards include Citi Octopus Platinum Card, Citi Cash Back Card, Citi Rewards Card, Citi Rewards UnionPay Card & Citi Premier Miles Card ; not applicable to student cards

Tips

  • Please turn off AdBlocker and private mode before application: 3 settings to ensure coupon reward eligibility
  • Have your mobile phone and HKID ready before application! You are advised to upload all required documents when you apply for the card to facilitate the approval process. Don't forget to note down your application reference number. It can be used for checking your application status and claiming MoneyHero exclusive offer.
  • The redemption process may take at least 16 weeks upon campaign period ends, depending on the actual situation regarding user approval and transaction status or other factors that may affect eligibility for the Promotion Reward

    • Cardholders are required to spend HK$5,000 per head within 30 days after the date of each lounge visit

  • Purchase Protection
    • Purchases made with Citi PremierMiles Card will automatically be insured against any damages, loss or theft for up to US$7,600 within 30 days of purchase
