Requirements
- From 27 February 2026 6 p.m. till 31 March 2026 6 p.m.: Successfully apply for the designated Citibank Credit Card(s) by new Citi Prestige Card Customers (customers who did not hold any Citi Credit Card within the past 12 months) and submitted redemption form via MoneyHero
- Within 7 days of receiving the form: Submit the reward redemption form sent via email previously.
- On or before 30 April 2026: The card must be approved by Citibank.
- Within 30 days after card approval: Spend HK$8,000 or above with the card (value-added PayMe/Alipay AliPay/WeChat Pay can be counted) and pay HK$3,800 annual fee.
- *When selecting Max Miles as the exclusive reward, please ensure that the email address registered for the MoneyHero exclusive reward is the same as the email address of the Hey Max account.
Instruction for how to use Max Miles
- Receive the Email: MoneyHero sends you a unique redemption link for Max Miles via email.
- Click the Link: Tap the unique link, which redirects you to the HEYMAX app (prompts download from App Store/Google Play if not installed, or opens the app directly if it is).
- Account Check:
- If you're a new user: You'll see a "MoneyHero gifted you Max Miles" screen with options to log in or sign up.
- If you're an existing user: The app auto-logs you in (if your session is active) and skips to Miles Crediting*.
- Sign Up & Login (for New Users):
- Choose "Sign up" (or log in if you have an account but aren't logged in).
- Enter your email and password, confirm password, or sign up via Google/Apple.
- Agree to the HEYMAX Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Tap "Sign up" to proceed.
- Miles Crediting*: After login or sign-up, you'll see a "Hang tight! We're crediting your Max Miles" screen, confirming the Max Miles are being added to your account.
- Dashboard Access: Once credited, you land on the main dashboard displaying "MoneyHero gifted you Max Miles," showing your new balance and available options.
- Redeem What You Want: From here, explore and choose how to use your miles—such as
- redeeming instant vouchers (e.g. HK$50 Starbucks voucher or HKTVMall voucher)
- transferring 1:1 miles to airline partners (e.g. Cathay Pacific or Qatar Airways, minimum 1,000 miles)
- saving miles for bigger rewards (e.g. a free flight to Japan at 20,000 miles)
- Completion: Your redemption is complete; miles can be used instantly or accumulated for later.
Tips
- Please turn off AdBlocker and private mode before application: 3 settings to ensure coupon reward eligibility
- Please note down the application reference number (e.g. ABC123456789) provided on the page after completing the application.
- Please submit the reward redemption form sent via email previously within 7 days of receiving the form.

- New Credit Card Customers shall be defined as: Customers who currently do not hold, have not cancelled and have not held any principal credit card of Citi within the past 12 months from the month of application for the Eligible Card.
- The redemption process may take at least 16 weeks upon campaign period ends, depending on the actual situation regarding user approval and transaction status or other factors that may affect eligibility for the Promotion Reward.
