Requirements

  • From 11 November 2025 10 a.m. till 1 December 2025 6 p.m.: Successfully apply for the designated Citibank Credit Card(s) by new Citi Prestige Card Customers (customers who did not hold any Citi Credit Card within the past 12 months) and submitted redemption form via MoneyHero
  • Within 7 days of receiving the form: Submit the reward redemption form sent via email previously.
  • On or before 1 January 2026: The card must be approved by Citibank.
  • Within 30 days after card approval: Spend HK$8,000 or above with the card (value-added PayMe/Alipay AliPay/WeChat Pay can be counted) and pay HK$3,800 annual fee.

Tips

  • Please turn off AdBlocker and private mode before application: 3 settings to ensure coupon reward eligibility
  • Please note down the application reference number (e.g. ABC123456789) provided on the page after completing the application.
  • Please submit the reward redemption form sent via email previously within 7 days of receiving the form.

  • New Credit Card Customers shall be defined as: Customers who currently do not hold, have not cancelled and have not held any principal credit card of Citi within the past 12 months from the month of application for the Eligible Card.
