  • How to redeem MoneyHero exclusive offer?
    • From 23 January 2026 12 p.m. till 31 January 2026 11:59 p.m.: Successfully apply for the DBS Black World Mastercard® / DBS Eminent Visa Signature Card / DBS Eminent Visa Platinum Card and submit redemption form via MoneyHero.
    • Note down your application reference number for reference. You will be asked to upload all required documents when you apply the card to facilitate the approval process.
    • On or before 28 February 2026: The card must be approved by DBS, subject to the Bank’s system records.
    • Within 7 days of receiving the form, complete the redemption form sent via email for verification and follow-up. MoneyHero will verify your reward eligibility with DBS.
    • *When selecting Max Miles as the exclusive reward, please ensure that the email address registered for the MoneyHero exclusive reward is the same as the email address of the Hey Max account.

Instruction for how to use Max Miles

    • Receive the Email: MoneyHero sends you a unique redemption link for Max Miles via email.
    • Click the Link: Tap the unique link, which redirects you to the HEYMAX app (prompts download from App Store/Google Play if not installed, or opens the app directly if it is).
    • Account Check:
      • If you're a new user: You'll see a "MoneyHero gifted you Max Miles" screen with options to log in or sign up.
      • If you're an existing user: The app auto-logs you in (if your session is active) and skips to Miles Crediting*.
    • Sign Up & Login (for New Users):

Minimum Payment
If the total outstanding balance is HK$300 or above, the minimum payment will be the sum of the followings: i. all charges, fees, costs, expenses, interests and/or finance charges posted to the current statement of Card Account; ii. any amount in excess of the credit limit incurred after last statement date; and iii. 1% of the statement balance excluding all charges, fees, costs, expenses, interests and/or finance charges posted to the Card Account; or HK$300, whichever is higher plus any outstanding minimum payment. If the total outstanding balance is less than HK$300, the minimum payment will be the total outstanding balance.
Late Payment Charge
