  • Within 7 days of receiving the form: Submit the reward redemption form sent via email previously. Please fill in the form with accurate Reference Number. Application Reference Number (HK + 14-digit number (for example HKxxxxxxxxxxxxxx).
  • On or before 31 October 2026: The card must be approved by Standard Chartered, subject to the Bank’s system records.
  • Within 7 days after the credit card is successfully approved: Complete this form and upload the relevant approval proof for verification of the applicant's reward eligibility.

Reward Fulfilment
